Commissioners recess to executive session under ORS 192.660(2)(h) to discuss IT matter

Director Fitzgerald told commissioners the IT situation should be handled in a closed session and the board recessed under ORS 192.660(2)(h). "I think we're well, so I'm here to give you the update on on the, IT, situation right now. But we need to do it in executive session," Director Fitzgerald said when the meeting moved to a closed discussion.
