Vicki Davis, Martin County Supervisor of Elections, asked residents to use martinvotes.gov for information about the canvassing board and said members' meetings are open to the public at the elections office in Stuart. "For more information on the canvassing board and the elections process, visit martinvotes.gov or take the time to observe canvassing board activities at 135 Southeast Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard in Stuart," she said.
Davis framed public observation as part of maintaining voter trust and explained who people would see on the board: Judge Kathleen Roberts, Commissioner Ed Campy and alternate Commissioner Eileen Vargas. She emphasized that the board's certification of results is a formal duty under Florida law and said the public is welcome to watch that process in person for added transparency.
The announcement provided a direct web resource and a physical address for observers and encouraged local participation ahead of the upcoming election cycle.
