Londonderry DRB approves minutes, opens and closes hearings and enters deliberation

At its July 15 meeting the Town of Londonderry Development Review Board recorded several procedural actions. The board unanimously approved the June 17, 2026 minutes (motion moved by Paul Abraham, seconded by Chris Laselle). The board also recorded a unanimous motion to open the public hearings at 5:38 p.m. (moved by Paul Abraham, seconded by Esther Fishman), a unanimous motion to close the hearings at 6:23 p.m. (moved by Paul Abraham, seconded by Rich Phelan), and a unanimous motion to enter deliberative session at 6:30 p.m. (moved by Paul Abraham, seconded by Chris Laselle).
