Committee reviews three governance models; Model 1 described as easiest to support on current revenue

Chief George presented three models for future administration and financing of the district at the July 10 meeting and provided supporting data, which the minutes mark as attached to the record. During discussion members said the committee will need to reach consensus on which model to pursue before approaching the County Council.

The minutes state that Model 1 would effectively continue current operations and is supportable with current revenue, making it the most straightforward option for initial approval. Hyrum City was assigned to draft a separate Model 4 proposal that can be compared with Chief George's three models; Justin Maughan was asked to distribute Hyrum's model to the group when available.
