Board approves hanging sign and window lettering for Segreto Law at 922 Main Street with font condition

Esteban Vaquero, representing Segreto Law Offices PC, presented a two-part signage proposal for 922 Main Street that includes gold vinyl window lettering (Spanish and English) and an 18-inch by 24-inch carved hanging sign made from 1-inch painted PVC mounted on a 2-by-2 aluminum bracket with 3/8-inch lag bolts.

Vaquero told the board each window will have 10% coverage (2.3 square feet) and showed color samples for a gold-and-black palette. "It's going to be black, I mean, gold vinyl with a black accent," he said. Board members praised the palette and proportion but flagged a legibility concern with the script font and asked that both window lettering and the hanging sign use adjusted tracking or a clearer type; Vaquero agreed to email revised artwork so the applicant would not need to return to a later meeting.

Chair (S1) moved to issue the certificate conditioned on the font change; the motion was seconded and recorded as approved by the board. Vaquero estimated fabrication would take about four to six weeks.
