Chief Counsel briefs Board on active litigation, demurrer and upcoming filings

Chief Counsel Aaron Jackson provided a litigation update listing several active matters. He reported the Board has filed a demurrer in the Fontenoy Engineering, Inc. case (docket 1847651). Jackson said Legal Unit staff is preparing a proposed Statement of Decision for Drill Tech Drilling & Shoring, Inc. (1420923) with a deadline of July 27. He also said the Board prevailed on a demurrer in Metropolitan News Company (1689021) but that a Motion for Reconsideration is scheduled for July 17.
