Selectboard accepts statutory internal financial controls checklist; members discuss financial training

Town Manager Karen Astley presented the internal financial controls checklist required by statute and prepared by Putney Treasurer Kimberly Munro. Selectboard members asked about which members had taken financial training; Aileen Tulloch and Peg Alden stated they had completed training and Rebecca "Bex" Slattery agreed to pursue training. The board moved to accept the checklist as prepared; the motion passed unanimously.
