The Mandeville City Council moved forward on several infrastructure items July 9. Councilman Kevin Vogeltanz moved and Councilwoman Cynthia Strong-Thompson seconded approval of Change Order No.4 for the Antibes West Drainage Improvements Project, adding 18 additional calendar days to the contract time with no change in contract price or scope; the motion passed unanimously.
The council also unanimously adopted Resolution 26-26 authorizing Amendment No.5 to the professional services agreement with Neel-Shaffer, Inc., for the Mandeville Lakefront Wetlands Restoration Project; Resolution 26-27 authorizing Amendment No.1 to the professional services agreement with Principal Engineering, Inc., for the Sunset Point Fishing Pier, handicap pier and site repair project; and Resolution 26-29 to execute a succession to the professional services agreement with Neel-Shaffer, Inc., for the US 190 streetscape and median project. Those resolutions were moved and seconded by council members and adopted with unanimous votes during the meeting.
The transcript does not list contract amounts for the amendments or the change order beyond the schedule extension noted for the Antibes West project. The mayor is authorized to execute the agreements as stated in the resolutions.
