Greene County approves 2026–27 employee benefit renewals; life and dental rates under guarantee

Greene County commissioners voted July 9 to renew the county's 2026–2027 employee benefit plans and authorized the County Administrator to sign related renewal documents under Resolution 26-7-9-5. The motion was moved by Sarah J. Mays, seconded by Richard D. Gould, and approved on a unanimous roll call.

Minutes note specific rate arrangements: life insurance renews with a two‑year rate guarantee at plus 3 percent; dental with a two‑year rate guarantee at plus 5 percent; vision showed no change and remains in the current multi‑year rate arrangement; and health coverage showed no plan changes and no premium change.
