Commission approves Anderson property plat subject to environmental health and highway reviews

Planning staff presented the Anderson property plat (Lots 1–5 off Old Niles Ferry Road) and outlined outstanding conditions: final review and approval by Blount County Environmental Health (including lot line modifications, designated areas or notes as applicable), final highway department evaluation and driveway access determinations to be shown on the plat, complete final plat certifications, and planning and environmental health department review fees.

Commissioner Franklin moved to approve the plat with conditions; Commissioner Giles seconded. There was no substantive public comment and the motion passed. The applicant must supply required certifications and fees and secure environmental health and highway determinations prior to final plat approval.
