Commission approves Spurgeon property replat with standard conditions

Planning staff presented the replat for Tracks 4–6 (Spurgeon property off Sevierville Road) for Paul and Amber Violet. Staff noted the parcels include two lots along the State Road and a remainder greater than five acres and listed outstanding items: signature plats with certifications, environmental health, electric and water certifications, and review and planning fees.

Commissioner Franklin moved to approve the conditions, Commissioner Sullins seconded, and the motion passed. The applicant must complete the listed certifications and fee payments prior to final recording.
