Conservation commission accepts minutes and debates distribution of late amendments

The Biddeford Conservation Commission convened on July 22, 2026, confirmed a quorum and voted unanimously to accept the posted minutes from May 27 and June 24. The Chair opened the meeting and members then raised that Eric had sent amendments to the minutes that had not been widely distributed.

A committee member asked whether copies of Eric's suggested edits had been sent to the city archive and the commission. City staff said the change had created confusion for several boards.
