Homeowner’s 758-sq-ft rear addition approved at 12 Arenas Way

Homeowner Tim Letourneau told the committee he plans a 758-square-foot rear addition at 12 Arenas Way to add a bedroom and to relocate existing solar panels; he said materials will match the existing cedar shingles. “I'm proposing a 758 square foot addition on the back of my house for another bedroom for a growing family,” Letourneau said.

Committee members reviewed photos and site conditions, concluded the proposal met the act’s concerns, and voted to approve the application unanimously. The chair reminded Letourneau he needs to obtain a building permit before starting work.
