Panel approves small battery storage array behind home at 69 Mayfair Road

The committee approved a proposal described as a battery 'wall' for 69 Mayfair Road. The presenter (S5) said the installation would consist of four steel posts supporting three battery packs placed directly behind the house adjacent to a fence that will largely screen it from neighbors. “It's 4 steel posts that are gonna go in the ground that support 3 battery packs... directly in the back behind the house,” the presenter said.

Board members questioned whether the units have lighting at night; the presenter replied there might be a small LED indicator but no prominent lighting. Committee member S2 moved to approve the application as presented, a second was recorded, and the vote was unanimous.
