Bill Daniels presented plans for a 13-by-30-foot addition at 39 Cedar Hill Road and said all materials will match existing conditions; he noted the addition will be largely screened by woods and conservation land behind the house. “Basically, it's just a 13 foot by 30 foot... everything matches existing,” Daniels said.

Committee members viewed the applicant’s photos and asked about an exposed foundation; Daniels said the area is wooded and not visible from the street. A motion to approve the application was made, seconded, and passed unanimously.
