Council appoints members to PTABOA and Park Board; clerk and staff items approved

Councilmember Todd Armstrong moved to appoint Evan Goodman to the Property Tax Assessment Board of Appeals; the motion passed. Councilmember Mark Abbott moved to appoint Rodney Coats to the Park Board; the motion also passed. The appointments were handled during the Feb. 2 joint meeting and recorded in the minutes.

Department heads reported several non-budgetary items: Clerk Stephanie Rockey said a countywide disaster declaration needs signatures; Shawnda Keltner thanked the council for a new vehicle and noted interest in the old expedition; Attorney Cochran and Auditor Kyra Stephenson offered no comments during the meeting's close-out.
