Clerk seeks signatures on disaster declaration; commissioners to fund ambulance remount

Clerk Stephanie Rockey told the council that a countywide disaster declaration needs signatures; the council took note and did not resolve the matter on the record. Commissioner Todd Ewen said the ambulance service needs to remount an ambulance and that the cost will be covered using the commissioners' ambulance county contribution in the commissioners' budget, not requiring an additional appropriation.

Shawnda Keltner thanked the council for a new vehicle and noted interest in the old Expedition; council members and commissioners closed the meeting by thanking the highway department for recent snow removal work before adjourning.
