Millston board accepts Scott Construction bid for LRIP Double Chip North Settlement Road Project

The Town of Millston Board voted July 15 to accept a $167,199.00 bid from Scott Construction for the LRIP Double Chip North Settlement Road Project. Chairman Mike Yahn called the special meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. at the Community Center and listed the board members in attendance.

Project Coordinator Jack Dittmer reviewed Scott Construction's proposal and confirmed that a certificate of liability insurance accompanied the submission. According to the minutes, Scott Construction was the only bid received for the project. Supervisor Jamie Goodbear moved to accept the bid; Supervisor George Riedel seconded the motion, which the board carried. The meeting record lists Dawn M.
