Votes at a glance: minutes, statue placement, and State Reception Room restoration

At the July 25 joint meeting the committees recorded these formal actions: approval of minutes, adoption of Option 9b for statue placement, and adoption of a restoration package for the State Reception Room.

Key outcomes:
- Approval of May 7 minutes for SCC and CDAC (voice votes).
- SCC adopted Option 9b for the Marcus Whitman and Billy Frank Jr. statue locations; CDAC recommended the same option by voice vote.
