Wildwood adopts ordinance creating Construction Office, adjusts permit fees

The Wildwood Board of Commissioners on July 8 adopted Ordinance No. 1358-26, which amends Chapter 11A to establish a Construction Office in the City of Wildwood and revise permit fees. Mayor Ernest Troiano, Jr. announced, "Ordinance No. 1358-26 has passed Second Reading," and the roll call vote recorded Commissioners Krista McConnell, Steve Mikulski and Mayor Troiano voting yes.

The ordinance was opened for public hearing and no members of the public commented before the board closed the hearing and proceeded to adoption. The ordinance was advanced by motion and second and carried by unanimous roll call.
