Board approves revised dock permit at 646 Osceola Ave with reduced decking and increased setback

Staff presented revisions to a previously tabled dock permit at 646 Osceola Ave: the applicant reduced decking, increased the side setback to 5 feet 4 inches and reduced total dock area to 992 square feet; a variance for length remains. The applicant, Matt Langdon of Boondocks and Outdoor (S12), told the board the increased square footage is concentrated landward and that the intent is to retain much of the existing footprint while slightly enlarging one portion.

A board member moved to approve the permit with the revisions noted in staff documentation, public comment was called and none was registered, and the motion passed by voice vote. The board recorded the side-setback measurement and the revised dock size in its motion and minutes.
