The Irvington Planning Board on July 8 approved a site development plan for renovations at 3 Langdon Avenue after confirming the Zoning Board had granted required variances. Michael Piccirillo of MAP Architects told the board that the project had received two zoning variances and that consultant comments had been addressed; Clerk Mary Ann Sessitch read the resolution before a motion and voice vote to approve.
The resolution recited that the December 2025 application by Jill Foley sought to construct an addition, deck and pergola that had exceeded permitted coverage; the Zoning Board subsequently granted variances on March 24, and Han Engineering and the village landscape consultant provided memos that were resolved in later submissions. "Everything looks good," Michael Piccirillo said to the board when asked whether the consultant letter had outstanding items. The board moved, seconded, and approved the resolution by voice vote.
