New circuit court judge introduces herself to area municipalities; Branch Three courtroom to open after Labor Day

Diane Mullman's, the appointed circuit court judge for Branch Three, introduced herself to the Waupaca Common Council and described her legal and public-service background, which includes more than 25 years licensed to practice law and 12 years as corporation counsel for Waupaca County. She told the council she took the bench in early March and has been visiting local municipalities as part of outreach.

Mullman's highlighted that the Branch Three courtroom is newly remodeled and fully ADA-accessible, with an accessible bench, witness stand and modified gallery seating to allow wheelchairs in the front rows. “I welcome you all to come and see court,” she said, and announced plans for a fall open house once the courtroom move occurs after Labor Day. She also invited council members to attend public hearings and the open house to learn about the updated facility.
