Applicant unable to present pre-application for 3 Roland Street after repeated Zoom failures

Rusty Sergeant joined the July 21 meeting to present a pre-application for 3 Roland Street but was unable to share the six‑page packet despite multiple troubleshooting attempts and reinstalling software. Commission members and staff walked him through Zoom’s share controls and suggested alternatives (emailing materials to Susan), but the applicant could not make the files accessible during the meeting.

After repeated attempts by staff and the applicant, the commission tabled the pre-application and advised that materials be submitted to staff (Susan) for inclusion on a future agenda. Sergeant said he would regroup and reschedule once the technical issues were resolved.

"I've been paying taxes far too long to have this kind of nonsense," Sergeant said after multiple failed attempts to share his screen; staff advised he email the packet for staff to post and present at a later meeting.
