Council approves easement filings to complete AAM Industrial Center re‑subdivision

Council approved routine but required land‑record actions for the AAM Industrial Center re‑subdivision. The resolutions authorize the city manager to tender easements, deeds and releases as part of completing the re‑subdivision filing.

The director of planning explained the items are legal housekeeping associated with a completed re‑subdivision that will be filed soon: "the subdivision is ready, the reubdivision is ready to file... this is the legal paperwork that goes along with it." Council approved an amendment to remove a final whereas clause and then voted to adopt the resolution as amended; the roll call recorded unanimous approval.

Council treated the items as ministerial and moved on to other business. Staff said the filings are expected to occur within weeks.
