Council appoints Hampshire to first ward seat after Nichols vacancy

The City Council voted to appoint Mr. Hampshire to the first ward seat to fill the vacancy under Casey Nichols. A council member moved, “I'd like to make a motion to appoint Mr. Hampshire to the first ward seat under um Casey Nichols,” and the motion was seconded and approved by roll call.
