Council confirmed a consolidated slate of nominees for city boards and commissions, including Jamal Boyin to the Community Corrections Advisory Board; reappointments to the Contract and Compliance Board; a reappointment to the Employee Benefit Board; Jackson Zitelland to the Farmers Market Board; multiple historical commission reappointments; and Whitney Weeks to the Transit Authority.
The body also confirmed Tyler Yarro as the new Metropolitan Director of Law. Committee reports presented to council recorded multiple 7–0 committee votes for nominations and reappointments. "We congratulate everyone whether here in person or watching from home or on replay," a council officer said after the confirmations.
The confirmations were handled largely as a consolidated motion and were adopted without separate roll-call tallies for each nominee, though committee tallies were provided in the record.
