Council seeks clearer link to Brunswick County irrigation notices after schedule change

Council discussed the difficulty of communicating to short‑term renters who do not receive water bills; members asked staff to consider direct outreach to major rental companies and property owners so transient occupants are informed of restrictions. Staff agreed additional targeted outreach to rental managers would be useful alongside the water bill and media notices.
