Board approves storefront sign update on East Montauk Highway, requires street number on sign

An applicant identified as Lisa presented a revised storefront sign for 288 East Montauk Highway. The design is similar to a previously approved sign but simplified; the rendering includes two downlights to illuminate the face. Mr. Rolls asked that the site number be added to the sign for easier identification by visitors and emergency responders, and Lisa agreed to include the number.

Mr. Hanlon and other board members said they had no further comments beyond adding the street number and confirming the sign's color (a dark navy, PMS 541C was cited). On a motion to approve the sign with the condition that the street number be added, the board approved the update by voice vote.
