Hollidaysburg council adopts consent agenda, approves funding application, contract and interim council appointment

Council adopted the consent agenda (Resolution 2026‑26) including a bill list and certificates of appropriateness for several addresses. The consent resolution was approved by voice vote after a motion and second.
