Summit Federal Credit Union revisions address multiple plan comments; board requests dimensional and ADA changes

Tim Coyer of Ianuzi & Romans told the board that the submission for Summit Federal Credit Union at 4955 W Taft Road incorporated the changes requested at the prior hearing: additional labels for property lines, easements and setbacks; relocation of trash-enclosure details; sign dimension clarifications; color contours and a 10-foot grid of foot-candle lighting measurements; and removal of fences not owned by the applicant. "All fences not owned by the applicant have been removed from the plans," Mr. Coyer confirmed.

Chairwoman Borton and board members asked for technical corrections: overlapping text on C200 needs fixing, explicit dimensions for the 70-foot parking setback and the special-permit box are required so the special-permit area can be plottable, and ADA parking should be relocated closer to the entrance. Mr. Coyer said he would address setback discrepancies and the ADA parking location; the board adjourned the case to July 22, 2026 for the corrected drawings.
