West Herr submits amended site plan with stormwater and carrier-turning updates; board suggests removing parking for clearance

Joe Durand of TKD Engineering presented the amended site plan for West Herr at 3687 State Route 31 and described changes made to address prior board comments, including adjustments to vehicle drop-off for car carriers, modifications to stormwater management (both surface and subsurface) and additional information on site lighting; a complete set of drawings was provided to the board.

Board members supported the applicant's revisions but asked for minor edits before final action: update the cover sheet to show original and revision dates and label SP1 as 'Amended Site Plan,' provide engineering responses, and consider removing one or two parking spaces to improve car-carrier turning radius (Ms. Guinup's suggestion). The board adjourned the case to July 22, 2026 for the applicant to submit the updated cover sheet and engineering responses.
