East Fishkill Promotes Sean Phillips to Police Lieutenant

The Town Board approved the promotion of Sean Phillips to police lieutenant and the chief administered the oath at the meeting. Councilman Arco moved the appointment referencing a competitive promotion process; the town police chief praised Phillips’ long record with the department and said he had shown leadership since joining the force.

Board members offered congratulations and thanked the department for its work during recent storms and public events. The promotion vote carried by voice and the new lieutenant was congratulated publicly.
