Planning commission recommends Public Land-1 zoning for four town-owned annexation areas

The Town of Glasserock Planning Commission voted unanimously July 23 to recommend Public Land-1 zoning for four town-owned parcels that are on the town's annexation agenda.

Staff presenter Miss Foster explained the process and recommendation: "staff is recommending that planning commission recommend to town council approval of the public land - 1 zoning district for the properties annexed as HomeStreet, Maher Ranch water tank site, Founders Corner, and the Terrain Remnant."
