Council hears plan to upgrade fire-protection system as part of CDBG package

As part of the CDBG project package, Jeffrey Winters described a proposed upgrade to the existing fire-protection system on the project site intended to "double the capacity of the protection system" and add redundancy for critical systems, excluding transmission.
