During a portion of the Nov. 19 meeting, the county clerk read routine items and resolutions for formal action. Commissioner Keltner moved to accept minutes from Nov. 12 as corrected; the motion was seconded and recorded as passed. The commission also approved resolutions 26-12 (holidays and office hours for 2026), 26-13 (meeting dates for calendar year 2026), 26-14 (claim due dates) and 26-15 (locations for posting public notice).
The clerk recorded these actions as passed with the standard procedural language "All in favor, motion passed." Commissioners also signed a revocable license for bridge maintenance access extension and accepted various administrative records flagged for disposition under Montana records-retention rules. The meeting record shows these routine governance items were completed before the commission returned to zoning-district drafting work.
