Board approves policies and hears updates on field trips, activities platform and facilities projects

Superintendent Jon Graff presented five policies (101, 101.1, 102, 103 and 104) for approval in a single reading; Member Drew Dixon moved and the board approved them unanimously. The minutes record these as routine updates to the district’s policy cycle with minor or no substantive changes.

In informational items, Graff provided the bi-annual review of planned district field trips required by Policy 610. Activities Director Shea Roehrkasse reported spring activity participation numbers, student awards and announced the district will transition to the BOUND registration and ticketing platform in the fall. Operations and Maintenance Director Seth Putz updated the board that the high school chiller project remains on schedule for completion prior to the 2026–27 school year, parking lot entrance repairs are underway, and the Mend the Middle project is on budget and on schedule.
