County updates organizational chart; water master service returned to state

During the administrative manual review, Erin Kelber reported that the county updated its organizational chart to reflect a budget-year decision to return the water master service and its functions to the State of Oregon. "We've also updated the organizational chart to reflect the decision that was made in the fiscal year 2026-2027 adopted budget to return the water master service and function to the state of Oregon," she said.
