Fulshear charter panel elects chair and vice chair

At the organizational meeting members nominated leadership and voted to install a chair and vice chair. After a volunteer nomination, the commission voted for Kaye (S2) to serve as chair. “That nomination,” a member said before calling the vote; members answered “Aye” and no opposition was recorded.

Members then nominated CJ McDaniel (S7) as vice chair; the nomination was seconded and approved by voice vote. The commission will rely on those officers to run meetings, keep the agenda on track, and preside when the primary chair is absent.
