Borough Council adopts ordinance updating administrative fees

The Borough Council of Milltown on July 20 adopted Ordinance 261590, an amendment to chapter 15 to update administrative fees across subcodes. The ordinance was read by the clerk and opened for a public hearing; no members of the public spoke on the ordinance and the council moved to adopt it on second reading.

Council President Zambrana called the vote after discussion and the motion carried. The clerk read the ordinance title into the record as "An ordinance to amend chapter 15 section two administrative fees for all sub codes exhibit A of the revised general ordinances of the Borough of Milltown." The council took no amendments and no public comments were recorded during the hearing.

The adoption is recorded in the meeting minutes and will be reflected in the borough’s codified ordinances. The ordinance was approved following the standard second-reading public hearing process required by state law.
