Committee approves $61,605.51 pay request for Cedar Creek dog park; staff flags more invoices and potential change orders

Uh a small one and then a final for reconciled quantities. And then there's going to be one change order, potentially two. Um the one are some improvements that we made. The second one will be again the reconciling of the quantities.” The committee recorded no additional action beyond approving the current pay request; staff will track subsequent pay requests and any change orders.
