Planning commission amends minutes, approves consent calendar

The Planning Commission approved the consent calendar and asked staff to amend the draft minutes to show that the Calvary Chapel conditional use permit hearing had been pulled and scheduled for this meeting. Chair led the discussion about the discrepancy in the minutes and sought a motion to both approve the consent items and update the minutes.

A commissioner moved to approve the consent calendar and to amend the minutes to reflect that the Calvary Chapel item had been pulled; the motion was seconded and carried by a 5-0 vote. "So then when we make a motion, I'd like to have part of that motion that the minutes reflect that the item was pulled and scheduled for today's meeting," the Chair said during the discussion.
