Staff reports Board of Supervisors approved Ramey conversion; tobacco item reheard

Rob Peters with the Planning Department reported on recent Board of Supervisors actions. He said the Ramey conversion was approved by the board consistent with the planning commission's recommendation. "That item was heard and... the tobacco item was reheard and ultimately the results were the same as before where the board directed staff to remove, or rescind the, zoning warning sections," Peters said.

Peters also notified commissioners that items are scheduled for the August 13 planning commission meeting. Commissioners asked for clarification on rental length conditions discussed by the board; Peters said he would need to review the record for details on the vacation-home-rental condition discussed.
