Committee reviews concert logistics; committee to supply water for bands

Members reviewed plans for the next community concert, confirming start and end times of roughly 6–8 p.m. The chair said the committee traditionally provides a cooler of ice and bottled water specifically for the bands, not the general public, and volunteers agreed to drop off coolers at the Great Creek Room or take them directly to the field.

One volunteer noted possible schedule constraints but offered to bring the cooler after family obligations; members discussed arrival windows and volunteer coverage. There is no formal committee role required beyond support and drop-off of supplies.
