Commission agrees to form small working group and explore rotating meeting locations

Members proposed a smaller working session before the next full meeting to set bullet points and scope a resolution for centralized asset management. Multiple participants suggested volunteers or additional members could assist; the Chair recommended adding the topic under 'new business' so the commission can finalize the subgroup and draft a resolution for council consideration.

Commissioners also discussed rotating meeting venues (Fuller Farm House, Newark Transit District and other community locations) to expand public access, while maintaining a hybrid option for remote participation. The Chair emphasized that meetings must remain an accessible city function and that venue changes would be balanced against the need for consistent public notice and hybrid participation options.
