The Windham Select Board on July 22 voted to go into non-public session under RSA 91-A:3 II (l) to review legal advice, then returned to public session 10 minutes later.
Roger Hohenberger made the motion to enter non-public session; Vice Chair Heath Partington seconded. A roll-call vote was taken: Chairman Ross McLeod, Vice Chair Heath Partington, Roger Hohenberger, and Michelle Stith voted yes, and the board entered non-public session at 6:00 p.m.
During the non-public portion Ms. Stith recused herself from the discussion. The minutes record the board considered correspondence from Attorney Bernie Campbell in connection with an apparent Zoning Board interest in requesting a rehearing from the Housing Appeals Board in Carlson vs. Town of Windham. The minutes do not record the substance of the legal advice reviewed in non-public.
The board returned to public session at 6:10 p.m. after a motion by Vice Chair Partington, seconded by Mr. Hohenberger, approved 4-0. The meeting adjourned at 6:10 p.m., and minutes were submitted by Town Administrator Michael Branley.
