Joint Review Board unanimously appoints Josh Nichols as public member and names Dave Beal chair

At its July 23 meeting, the Joint Review Board conducted nominations and votes for board roles and handled routine procedural business.

David Frohling nominated Josh Nichols to serve as the board’s public member; Tara Wendt seconded the nomination. A motion to nominate Nichols as the public member was moved and the board voted unanimously to approve the appointment.

Meagan Buchda nominated Dave Beal to serve as Joint Review Board chair; Frohling seconded that nomination and the board unanimously approved Beal as chair.

The board also approved the minutes from its July 16, 2025 meeting on a motion from Josh Nichols seconded by David Frohling. Tara Wendt moved, and Frohling seconded, to adjourn; the meeting ended at 8:12 a.m. Minutes were reported by Meagan Buchda, Clerk/Treasurer.
