Selectboard signs winter maintenance addendum and school snow-removal agreement

Town Administrator Nicola Shipman presented two winter-service agreements at the Dec. 6 Selectboard special meeting. The first was an Addendum to expand winter maintenance services with Chase Site Services through Jan. 31, 2026; the second was a Snow Removal Services Agreement between the Town and Sharon Elementary School covering winter seasons through April 30, 2027.

Selectboard Vice Chair Kevin Gish moved to sign the Addendum to the Service Agreement for winter maintenance services; Selectboard Chair Scott Henkels seconded the motion, which the minutes record as approved unanimously. Later, Selectboard Clerk Ted Austin moved to sign the Snow Removal Agreement between the Town and Sharon Elementary School; Henkels seconded and the motion was approved unanimously as recorded.

The approved agreements formalize the town's arrangements for winter road and school snow-removal services for the stated contract periods. The board completed the meeting with a motion to adjourn at 11:30 a.m., also approved unanimously.
