Court notes July 24 trial setting for father's dependency fact‑finding; tribe points to new charges not yet in record

Ben Norman, representing the Puyallup Tribe, reported new domestic‑violence charges as to both parents but acknowledged those matters are outside the appellate record; the bench said it would not consider out‑of‑record allegations for the appellate review.
