The Ringgold County Board of Supervisors unanimously approved a package of routine resolutions at its July 20 meeting, including a utility permit, financial reports, an alcohol permit, a consulting-contract renewal and claims paid.
Resolution RC26-109 approved a Windstream utility permit as presented by County Engineer Jared Johnson. The resolution record shows it was moved by Supervisor Steve Knapp and seconded by Supervisor Randy Taytor and carried with unanimous ayes and no nays.
Resolution RC26-110 accepted the treasurer's June month-end and semi-annual reports as presented by Treasurer Debra Cannon; the resolution was moved by Knapp, seconded by Taytor and approved unanimously.
Resolution RC26-111 authorized an alcohol permit for Getting'Stushed South of 35, LLC to serve at the Outpost, Sun Valley Lake. That resolution was moved by Randy Taytor, seconded by Steve Knapp and passed unanimously.
Resolution RC26-112 renewed a consulting agreement with Cost Advisory Services, Inc.; the board approved the renewal by unanimous vote (moved by Knapp, seconded by Taytor). Resolution RC26-113 approved claims paid Wednesday, July 22; the resolution was attested by Deputy Auditor Korbie Rinehart and passed unanimously.
Earlier in the session, Supervisor Randy Taytor moved to approve the meeting agenda and later moved to approve the minutes; both motions carried. With no further business, the board adjourned.
